Pierce Entertainment is proud to be home to multiple Grammy Award winning producer and engineer Steve Fitzmaurice. Based in our Neve VR Room, Steve is constantly working on hit records, be it mixing, producing or recording.

Darren Heelis
Grammy Nominated, Darren Heelis is a Mixer, Engineer, Add Prod / Programmer based in London.
Starting at Livingston Studios, he moved onto The Pierce Rooms assisting Steve Fitzmaurice and Tom Elmhirst before becoming a freelance engineer himself.
Darren has mixed for a large variety of artists, including Sam Smith, Henry Moodie, Ella Henderson, Tom Walker, Liam Payne, Mae Muller, SG Lewis, and Morcheeba, as well for some huge South Asian artists, such as Atif Aslam, Papon and Hadiqa Kiani.

Plamen Vasilev
Plamen Vasilev is our multi talented music producer, mixing, mastering, recording and immersive audio engineer.
He has worked with a wide variety of artists, including Sam Smith, Hikaru Utada, Mae Muller, Beverley Knight, Che Lingo, Tori Kelly and many more. Recent projects include Melanie C, Daniel Bedingfield, Jordan Mackampa, Scott Vlassis, Arthur Hill, as well as Dolby Atmos mixes for artists like Caity Baser, Aria Ohlsson, East17, Anthonia Edwards, Rules, to name a few. Plamen also workes as a vocal producer and lead programmer for FOX TV’s prime time music programmes 'Name That Tune' and 'Don’t Forget The Lyrics’.

Marek Deml
Marek is a London-based producer, mixing and recording engineer working with bands and solo artists across pop, indie, alternative and rock.
Marek developed his craft working closely with Grammy-winning producer Steve Fitzmaurice, assisting and engineering on records for Sam Smith, James Arthur, Tori Kelly, Hikaru Utada, and Liam Payne across sessions at Abbey Road, AIR, RAK and his home Studios at Pierce Ent.
Having engineered McFly's No. 1 UK Independent album Power to Play, as well as mixing live performances for the band, he has more recently been associate producer and vocal engineer on Paddington The Musical (Original Cast Recording), and an engineer on music for the Robbie Williams biopic Better Man. He is currently engineering McFly's forthcoming studio album.
Alongside established acts, he works closely with emerging artists across production, engineering and mixing.

Her self-produced releases have garnered and over 650,000 music streams in just a short few months.
